We want someone very comfortable with server-side web frameworks such as PHP/MySQL, but at the same time someone who isn't afraid to treat JS/DHTML as a real language. Someone who will apply creative design and engineering rigor to client-side programming.
Even if you are just out of college, we still might be interested in talking to you. Experience doesn't necessarily mean job related experience.
