- B.E, B.Tech, Master degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

- At least 6months of industry experience in development with a popular general-purpose programming language, such as PHP (knowledge of PHP Frameworks like Symfony or Laravel is a must) or Python

- Working knowledge of Cloud technologies such as AWS

- Commanding grasp of architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms).

- Strong experience with GNU/Linux system

- Solid database experience with MySQL & MS SQL

- Strong understanding of MVC architecture and front end/back end code separation

- Self-motivated; independent, driven, organized and proactive

Preferred :

- Expert knowledge of PHP frameworks - Symfony and/or Laravel, Python and/or Django.

- Good familiarity with CSS and JavaScript frameworks

- Experience with web best practices such as A/B testing and test coverage

- Experience and/or desire to work in an agile and iterative team

- Confidence to write code that can be deployed to a Production environment with zero bugs
