- Strong knowledge of protocols like VoIP/SIP/SDP, RTP/RTCP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS.
- Strong experience in VoIP products based on open-source projects such as Asterisk, Linux, Free switch
- Good Knowledge of server technologies like Asterisk, Gateway server.
- Strong proficiency with GIT and Asterisk.
- Experience in developing server products and solutions integrating third-party or open-source solutions.
- Strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design experience in integrating third-party or open-source solutions.
- To write high performing code and will be participating in key architectural decisions.
- Sound knowledge of Asterisk Installation, Configuration, Dialplan, AGI, AMI, Call troubleshooting (SIP, ISDN)
- Some exposure to scripting languages like Perl, PHP
- General awareness and knowledge of Call control, VOIP deployment issues
- Good awareness of networking and analysing SIP traces
