Responsibilities :
1) Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into functional architecture and software designs to solve customers use cases.
2) Sprint planning and efficient delivery of products as per timelines.
3) Drive technical excellence in architecture, design, and API definition for internal and external use, using the latest Web/UI technologies.
4) Lead implementation of engineering best practices, including Design and Code. Reviews, Unit Tests and identifies improvements on an on-going basis.
5) Involved with recruitment, mentor team members, and work with 3rd party solution providers.
6) Work with product management, designers, and fellow engineers on use cases, requirements and new features.
Eligibility Criteria:
1) Around 3 years of relevant industry experience.
2) Bachelor, Masters or higher in Computer Science or Engineering.
3) Experience in building SaaS applications and agile development.
4) Prior experience in Microservices architecture will be preferred.
5) Deep knowledge in a full stack development, including JavaScript, PHP, Python, HTML, CSS, front end frameworks (React, Redux, Angular etc.), web frameworks (Laravel, Django, Spring, Nodejs, etc.) and Mobile App development.
6) Extensive experience in the technical leadership of a full-stack development team.
7) An understanding of cloud infrastructure, and previous experience with cloud & large scale platforms like AWS.
8) An understanding of design consideration and design patterns in an adaptive and responsive user interface for Big Data & Analytics.
9) Previous experience in web-based and mobile UI development.
10) Expertise in database design principles, including hands-on knowledge of MySQL.
11) Understanding of test-driven development.
