Experience : 1-5 Years
What you'll be doing :
- Basic knowledge of programming languages like .net,php,java,html.
- Knowledge of integration in asp.net, java, PHP, iOS, Android.
- Understanding of MySQL and databases
- Worked on Payment gateway integrations and troubleshooting
- Having understanding of payment gateways and the payment modes like UPI, wallets, card networks.
- Experience in payment gateway domain is a plus
Other skill sets :
- Coordinate with merchants and support them for integration
- Troubleshooting merchant issues while integrating with Payment Gateway
- Solve issues related to payment gateway integrations with merchant
- Responsible for helping merchants into production.
- Coordinate with banks in case of any Technical issues and solve them
- Providing remote integration support to the merchants for the applications designed in Asp.Net, JSP, PHP, Python, Go and ASP.
What you'll bring along :
- Strong Communication Skills, oral and written; able to engender trust and respect of peers and internal teams.
- 1-5 year prior experience in tech support, product support, payment gateway etc
- BE/ME degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
