The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Owning the application lifecycle from design to implementation.
- Understanding the requirements, designing the architecture and deploying features for applications
- Delivering clean, testable, well designed and scalable code
- Collaborating with the entire team on feature requirements and prioritisation
- Working with real-time feedback from our users (external and internal) to make the products better
- Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.
- Investigating alternatives and staying updated with new technologies to drive continuous improvement
The Profile :
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 5 years experience within a Software Engineer or similar role.
- You possess strong knowledge of Node.js and PHP.
- You are familiar with LINUX (Redhat, UBUNTU etc.) operating systems and have good knowledge of Cloud Databases (eg. AWS, Azure).
- You have a strong understanding of service-oriented architecture, microservices, and distributed systems
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
