Role Brief :
Role provides an opportunity for an individual to anchor a role as Service Owner for design and digital transformation product/services, with a P&L ownership
Responsible for.. but not limited to :
- Engage customer starting from a drawing board stage for understanding and conceiving Design and Digital Transformation solutions
- Evangelize Product/services around customer requirement/need
- Execute, Implement and support solutions with a high performing team and continual support as agreed
- Responsible for P&L and account mining and growth
- Build and develop high key talent, providing avenues for an individual performance and growth
- Work with multiple stakeholders- vendors and internal customers to provide effective and timely support.
- Provide coverage for different time zones as per customer need
You will be a :
- Engineering Graduate with 12-15 years from a Design Studio/ IT Services company
- Hands on with UI/UX technology stack with knowhow of latest design portfolio
- Experience in designing/supporting enterprise level web/mobile products/applications
- Good to have coding/development knowledge of one or more of the server side technologies [JAVA,ASP, ASP.Net, JSP, Servlets, and PHP]. Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript,CSS, Angular/React
- Hands on Graphic/ Visual /Interaction design and content development
- Good working knowledge on one of the databases.
- Good at people management and customer engagement
