IT Lead - Application Development & Software Delivery - NBFC Domain (8-10 yrs) (Ladders Up HR Solutions)

Profile requirements :

- 08-10 years of total experience in Application development & Software Delivery handling large ERP projects especially in LMS, CRM & HRMS domains.

- Should have a decent team handling experience

- Alternatively, should have managed large project implementation in BFSI.

- Should have experience of leading or being part of the senior IT Team handling the IT infrastructure of a bank or NBFC - applications, networks and Data Centres.

- Should have knowledge and implementation experience of IT Governance, Information Security guidelines of RBI, implementation of COBIT frameworks etc-

- At least 3-4 years of experience as a Project manager.

- Should have managed end-to-end delivery of software projects. Should be thorough with project management concepts.

- Familiarity with at least one language is desirable - .NET/PHP/Java along with familiarity with SQL.

- PMP certification is desirable.

- Experience in the implementation of Finnone Suite with any ERP project is preferred.

JOB Description :

1. Handling the end to end IT infrastructure including managing cloud-based data centers.

2. New Application development in LMS, HRMS & ERP including various related integrations

3. Managing the entire IT-Governance, IS compliance & Cybersecurity for the organization

4. Managing various IT functional team members

5. Co-ordination with existing IT vendor Partners for on-going projects and applications.

6. Enlisting vendors partners for new IT Applications

7. Acting as an interface between the Business Teams and the IT function

8. Laying down and adherence to various SLAs.
