Job brief :
- We are looking for an excellent QA Tester who would understands the Brand's business requirements and would be responsible for setting up strong QA methodologies and processes.
- Should be able to define clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Should be able to develop and contribute use cases, test plans, testing strategies and creation and management of various tests and test suites.
- Should be able to perform thorough regression testing as needed according to the Brand's workflows. Testing in a variety of modes including all browsers, Android & IOS mobile apps
- Familiarity with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Asana, etc.) product & incident management tool.
- Must be comfortable in creating cms pages, block, catalog and cart price rules. Creating and adding customers, products, and categories, updating store configurations, themes, and email templates, order flow, RMA, OMS. Creating and managing orders for the multi-store system.
- Must be comfortable in understanding the creation and edit of blocks attached to pages or categories. Showing best sellers, most viewed items using widgets. Must be comfortable in configuring any third party extension settings in store configurations, cleaning cache and setting shipping and payment method.
- We are looking for an experience User Experience Designer to lead its Design projects for web and mobile, while interfacing with Product, Technology & Marketing Teams. A delightful and well thought out UX is of paramount importance to the Business, and we are looking for someone with the following criteria:
Requirements :
- Understand Magento products, methodologies and best practices
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle of ecommerce
- Experience creating test documentation: test-plans, test cases, test-reports, etc.
- Experience with e-commerce projects, Magento, payment gateways, Loyalty & Order management system.
- PHP programming experience
- Experience with load, security, automation testing, broad knowledge of QA tools
- Knowledge on following quality assurance methods: unit, integration, regression, and user interface testing, JIRA, Asana, etc.
- Test automation experience in Selenium or similar keyword driven test automation framework or tools.
- Familiarity with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems, test design and execution, test case management tools.
- Very good understanding of web application architecture.
- Working experience in Agile or scrum based methodologies.
- Working experience on API / Integration testing.
- 2+ years of professional services or client-facing experience
- 2+ years of experience with software testing
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field with a minimum of four years of experience in software testing including Automated functional testing, Performance, Load, Security, Regression Testing of Web and Mobile applications.4-5 years total related experience.
- English written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities :
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Ensure all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking.
- Manage end to end testing life cycle of all developments and Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of engineers to meet aggressive goals and high quality standard.
- Provide proactive advice and feedback throughout the software lifecycle for prevention and early correction of quality problems.
- Should be able to communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Perform Performance Testing using any open-source tool.
- Work with various teams (Third party/PM/Support) to collect information to ensure QA coverage, and provide feedback on quality issues
- Prepare and analyse reports for testing results
- Provide project testing status and work estimations
- Test sophisticated functionality independently and without supervision
