The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Designing and implementing new website features and functionality
- Establishing and guiding the website's architecture
- Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the WordPress
- Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
The Profile :
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 2 years experience in a Wordpress Developer or similar role.
- You have good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- You have experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
- You have experience designing and developing responsive design websites
- You are comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
- You have the ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
- You possess the ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
- You have knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
- You have strong understanding of PHP back-end development skills
- You are a strong team player and can handle multiple stakeholders
- You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are result driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
