Designation : Manager / Sr. Manager
Job Role :
- Working closely and collaboratively with the Co-Founders and the CMO Team in driving MarTech Program and Innovation to automate full end to end marketing funnel.
- Lead the MarTech project road-map with complete responsibility of the planning and executing projects for Marketing department and Business teams. Work with CMO Team to streamline marketing engine pipeline
- Engineer a robust and scalable MarTech stack that will power the Marketing Engine Pipeline by integrating end-to-end marketing technology products. Research and recommend new marketing technology products that aligns to Marketing / CMO Teams business goals
- Manage marketing automation products throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, identifying the best possible technology alternatives to achieve the desired business goals
- Provide Marketing / CMO team with tools and products required for list building, contact building, email campaigns, lead scoring, website visitor tracking. Provide them with data that will power audience behaviour analytics, market / lead segmentation based on demographic, geographic, psychographic characteristics, etc.
- Build and Manage company website and keep improving the website for SEO, speed optimization, responsiveness etc. Act as consultant to Marketing / CMO Team in proposing best User Experience for B2B website and user journeys
- Run and Operate marketing technology products as an administrator and serve as product evangelist for all products in MarTech stack
- Monitor data quality within marketing technology products and recommend / action correction plan to ensure transparency and accuracy of data in the MarTech stack
- Identify and sundown outdated or unused marketing technology products. Consolidate existing products/services to reduce cost of operation and increase systems efficiency
- Perform data privacy and InfoSec compliance reviews for Marketing touchpoints like email campaign, website etc.
- Setup and Monitor the performance and other SLAs of marketing technology products. Report on periodic bases the performance SLA's and build mitigation plan for DR and BCP
- Oversee training of marketing software and user adoption. Lead user acceptance testing while correcting any issues that arise
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external development and support teams (infrastructure, operations, client services, etc.)
Job Requirements :
- Deep passion for working on mission-driven MarTech Stack and Marketing Products that is designed to solve challenges faced by Marketing / CMO team.
- Minimum 5 years (relevent) of experience in executing Digital Transformation, Technology Adoption, Product Engineering, Customer Experience programs and building/reengineering MarTech Stack
- Must have experience in Marketing tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe CX, Oracle Eloqua, Mautic and experience in working on tools/products related to email marketing campaigns, lead generation and nurturing, visitor tracking and analysis, website management and optimization etc.
- Must have experience in leading software development team and building products using NodeJS, ReactJS, HTML5/CSS3, PHP, NoSQL, MySQL using micro-service architecture. Manage website development using WordPress, Drupal etc.
- Strong analytical mindset and metric driven with strong technical background
- Experience in participating in agile development sprints and planning meetings
- Ability to work in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment. Comfort in ambiguity, but strive to create clarity for others and Experience in start-ups a big plus
- Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Excellent team work and Strong communication skills including the ability to articulate and facilitate technical, business and analytical discussions across all disciplines
- Organized, detail-oriented person, with good time management skills and must be able to work with all levels of management in an effective, proactive manner
- Ability to provide a long term technical and functional product direction through research, client interactions, and emerging technology knowledge, with use of roadmaps and strategy documents.
