The Respondents must have one of the following minimum accreditations/competencies:
- Microsoft Silver or Gold Competency Collaboration and Content
- Microsoft Silver or Gold Competency Cloud Customer Relationship Management
- Microsoft Silver or Gold Competency Business Applications
- MB-400 Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Certification
- MB-600 Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Certification
Additional basic qualifications include:
- Solid technical and business analysis skills and experience developing high-level conceptual models of business processes and defining solutions based on the organization's business requirements.
- Strong logic and analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to organize information in a logical and consistent fashion.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with software engineering concepts and the software development life cycle.
- Must have a Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field and 4 to 10 years of related experience.
- Attention to detail, strong configuration/customization and design skills.
- Experience with end user interaction, supporting user training and documentation development.
- Experience architecting and implementing business solutions in SharePoint 2010, 2013 & 2016 and SharePoint Online environments.
- Experience architecting and implementing CRM business solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience architecting and implementing CRM business solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service and Sales
- Experience architecting and implementing business solutions in Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience architecting and implementing business solutions in PHP, ASP.NET, HTML5, JavaScript and Java
