- Back-End : Apart from Front -End Developer should know the back-End work which encompasses the Server-Side(control over site working, changes and required changes). This also includes Structure, security and content management. He/she should be proficient enough using the codes in PHP and .net. JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3 and Responsive.
- Plug-Ins and Theme : WordPress Developer should also be compatible with Plug-Ins and Theme management as per requirement of company and market.
- Trouble Shoot and Performance Management : monitoring of WordPress web applications to make sure they are online, working correctly, and loading quickly should be done time to time to know that They respond to error codes and troubleshoot problems.
