Software engineers with PHP and Drupal 8 experience and who can carry out assigned tasks independently to closure. Candidates should be comfortable working with a fast-moving environment and can learn quickly.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ability to build custom html templates and themes (CMS),
- Good knowledge in HTML5/CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, Ajax.
- Familiar with Git, CSS frameworks, Gulp/Grunt
- Execution as per requirements and technical design under minimal supervision
- Instances where the functionality had to be rebuilt, ability to adhere to design specifications, useful suggestions on technical design and requirements note
- Timeliness of Execution - Ability to assess the feasibility of estimated time lines, execution with agreed upon estimated time, early warning in case of anticipated delays
- Quality of Execution - Coding standards, use of abstraction, reusable components, modifications of structure required or not, bugs and repetition of bugs Documentation
- Updating tickets properly, Relevant and meaningful commit messages, Meaningful commenting of codes
- Assists in coding, testing, debugging, and documenting simple programs, and assists in the implementation of software which forms part of a properly engineered information or communications system.
- Knowledge of basics of Drupal theming and twig templating.
- Can work with pre-processing of themes
- Good knowledge of Drupal best practices and coding standards.
- Understanding of Drupal behaviours

- 2+ years of software development experience preferably in Drupal/ PHP Opensource technologies & LAMP
- Good knowledge of any one of the latest java script technologies such as ReactJS or Vuejs
- Good understanding of SDLC
- Ability to code in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript

- Experience with a testing framework
- Proficiency with browser based debugging and performance testing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
