Job Responsibilities :
- Candidate must be tech savvy who has keen interest in financial markets
- Design and implementation of robust solutions, like monitoring, metrics infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, etc.
- Implement best practices for software build, deployment and maintenance.

- Support our other teams with administration and operational tasks for the projects.
- Analyze business application requirements, identify concerns and develop action plans
- Maintenance and support for trading applications.
- Assist with capacity planning and load testing of our applications.
- Contributing to the design and implementation of the support system to enhance reliability
- Drive Automation efforts across the organization utilizing Infrastructure to reduce manual efforts
- Responsible for automation efforts using tools like JMeter/ Robo or others.
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
- Work closely with trading teams and other technology teams to achieve a common goal.
- Primarily a mix of Dev Ops and QA automation + manual role
Requirements :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required (B29)
- 3-5 years of hands on experience in HFT/Trading domain and a strong technology acumen coupled with excellent people management skills.
- Automate configuration management using tools like Ansible or Puppet
- Configure build systems like Maven and integrate with GIT
- Experience automating workflows using tools like Airflow
- Very strong with cloud infra vis-a-vis AWS
- Ability to work with Jenkins for CI/CD integration
- Strong any of Python/ PHP/ Java/ Robo framework programming skills
- In depth Linux administration experience and OS knowledge.
- B.Tech (or an equivalent degree) in Computer Science/ Information technology or CCNA certified
Shift timing: 10 am to 7 pm
Weekly offs: Saturday and Sunday Fixed off
