Responsibilities:
- Providing implementation, operational and maintenance support for DSI applications
- Troubleshooting and resolving application specific issues
- Working closely with the operate team to run the application in case of any failure or delay in data availability
- Demonstrated experience maintaining application integration and data flow management.
- Understanding of one or more than one of the following development or scripting languages: PHP, Java, HTML, Javascript, JQuery, PL/SQL, BASH Scripting, PowerShell.
- Administrate and support other 3rd Party Applications as needed.
- Communicate technical and business problems clearly, quickly and in a concise manner to a variety of audiences.
Qualifications :
- Industry experience of 2+ year with strong experience in DSI administration or atleast any 3rd party application administration
- Experience in DSI application's installation, configuration, Setting up the ports etc.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging if any performance issues occured
- Understand the workflow and process requirements of business units related to the application
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills, knowledge of analytical tools, and complex troubleshooting methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
