Responsibilities and Requirements :
- Project Management/Tech Lead experience within custom application development field of minimum 3-12 years.
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
- Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc.
- Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
- Manage application deployment to all lifecycle environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into a technical solution design
- Very good troubleshooting skill sets
- Experience managing executive stakeholders including negotiation ofproject scope
- Should able to come up with the design, provide solution & develop better solutions.
- Proven ability to successfully deliver solutions based on financial targets and defined time-frame.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
