- 8 to 10 years of experience architecting and/or performing as technical lead on enterprise scale web applications
- Full-stack development experience with working knowledge of Java/J2EE, PHP, Python, .Net, Node.js, REACT, Angular, Express.js, SQL (DB2 or equivalent), NoSQL, other scripting languages and also, experience in developing APIs, Web Services, REST and microservices
- Design, architect and build highly scalable cloud-based applications based on microservices.
- Collaborate with designers, development team and product team to deliver best in class enterprise ready solutions while advocating industry best practices within the squad.
- Work closely with DevOps to implement and optimize applications for delivery.
- Responsible for end-to-end cloud infrastructure management and optimization
- Refactoring and re-architecting of existing software where needed.
- Provide strategic thinking, solutions and roadmaps while driving architectural recommendations for business solutions. Perform project level design, debug and performance analysis.
- Ability to work on multiple products concurrently and be involved in product architecture, engineering and delivery
- Responsible for the development and production support of enterprise application utilities and models to include publishing, best practices and guidelines for supported technologies.
- Carefully evaluates alternative risks and solutions before taking action. Optimizes the use of all available resources. Should have a solid working knowledge of capabilities and direction of technology, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of the technology required and the needs of the business environment necessary to support assigned projects.
- Anticipates and responds to management requests for information with timely, accurate findings. Planning and Project Management, Develops operational plans and provides resource estimation for task planning.
- Proposes plans of action that are timely, realistic and positive. Sets appropriate goals for projects, and monitors progress against the plan.
