Required Skills :
- More than 4-5 years of active working experience with ReactJS, Redux and NodeJS is a must
- Should have had managed a team of at least 4-5 developers in the past especially from work, execution and delivery management point of view
- Strong fundamentals around Redux lifecycle, store and middleware
- Should have had worked with creating custom components, custom build configs, server-side rendering
- Passionate about implementing elegant User Interfaces and expertise in improving page performance and page load time is a must.
- Excellent hands-on knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS/CSS3, JQuery is a must.
- Candidate should be hands-on with the latest trends in frontend development like PWA, AMP, etc
- Good understanding of version control tools like Git, Subversion is required
- Prior experience with web frameworks like AngularJS, Backbone, EmberJS, Bootstrap is a must
- Hands-on knowledge of one server-side scripting language such as Python, Ruby PHP and databases like SQL, mongoDB is good to have
- Good communication skills for stakeholder management is a must
- Candidates with experience of working with in-house B2C and SaaS products would be preferred
- Candidates who have worked in fast-paced environments of startups will be preferred
