Job Description:
01. 3 to 7 years of experience as product manager
02. Would be primarily working in the B2B SaaS space.
03. Assist the CTO in defining the strategy and roadmap for the Nudge Engineering terms of Technology architecture and Delivery model.
04. To create the design artefacts and objects required for the building of the platform
05. To plan, estimate, manage and execute the development with the team of developers that are staffed on the Nudge Engine Track
06. To collaborate with the Statisticians, Behaviour Science professionals, Machine Learning Architects and Data Architects to capture their ideas and inputs into the product design and roadmap for the Nudge Engine
07. To collaborate with the Product Managers in other tracks and incorporate the business use cases that need to be delivered in their respective areas through the Nudge Engine
08. Define &analyse product metrics regularly, and use the learning for product innovations and improvements
09. To guide the team of programmers that are working on the Nudge Engine. Must be familiar with PHP, Python, mySQL, deployments on the AWS / Microsoft Azure platform
10. Conduct regular competition analysis and recommending plan of action; should master the details of competitive landscape
11. Provide communication material support for sales, and engagement activities wherever required and will be responsible for assisting with creation of user training guides. Support client demonstrations of the product as and when required
12. Oversee the establishment of the product support organisation for the Nudge Engine
13. Should be familiar with Agile development & delivery methodology
14. Familiar with Jira for development monitoring & tracking
