Team Lead - PHP/Laravel Frameworks (5-10 yrs) (Goodwin Systems LLC)

As a Developer:

1) Expert in WordPress,or other CMS platforms

2) Experience migrating WordPress sites

3) Complete understanding of HTML,CSS,JavaScript, j Query, PHP,AJAX,My SQL

4) Formulate an effective, responsive design (both web and mobile) based on latest techniques and to meet client's branding objectives

5) Experience creating/integrating REST APIs and/or PUSH API

6) MUST have knowledge in Woo commerce Ownership; problem solving attitude; guiding designers on grid layouts

As a Team Leader:

1) Coach, mentor and guide team when stuck at a problem (Team handling)

2) Experience in client communication and handling

3) Help with cost estimations, theme selection, time estimates

4) Chart out creative references and action plan with duration at the beginning of every project

5) Look into hiring; performance appraisals and handovers of team members

6) Up - skill team members
