Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Managing PHP development work, Technical guidance, Support to developer, Code review (PHP)
- Good Knowledge of Programming / Coding and debugging applications.
- Working closely with other staff, such as Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Systems Analysts and Marketing Professionals.
- Problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team or individually to meet the needs of the project.
- Support, maintain and document software functionality and maintain standards compliance.
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Motivating staff and being transparent with them about challenges, failures, and successes.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
Desired Skills / Experience :
- Atleast 2 years- experience as Team Lead with a background of PHP Development and capable to manage a team of 3-4 PHP developers (MANDATORY)
- Strong knowledge of Core PHP and frameworks such as Code Igniter, Laravel, Cake PHP, Drupal, WordPress.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, Jquery, Ajax, HTML5, and CSS.
- Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming.
- Good Knowledge of MySQL databases and their declarative query languages
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualification : B.Tech/B.E/B.Sc/BCA./ MS/M.Sc/ MCA/M.Tech in IT/CS from reputed college with minimum 60% or equivalent.
