Job Description:
1) Lead and build a team to deliver the best products.
2) Work closely with clients as they build features, functionality, and applications to make the ideal applications for the end customers.
3) Develop visioning skills and ability to see the big picture
4) Implement and contribute to engineering practices and processes
5) Help your team decide what technologies to use. Every engineer is able to propose better ways to do things.
Responsibilities:
1) Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
2) Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
3) Identifying web-based user interactions.
4) Developing and implementing highly-responsive user interface components using React concepts.
5) Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js workflows.
6) Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
7) Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
8) Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
9) Documenting application changes and developing updates.
Desired Skills:
1) Back End: NodeJs and/or PHP
2) Front End: ReactJs, Angular, and/or PHP
3) Experience with MySQL, and/or Cassandra, MongoDB desired
4) Experience in full-stack web development, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript. DevOps knowledge is a plus
5) Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to laymen and to translate their feedback
6) An inclination to contribute to the creative process
7) A devotion to delivering the best possible user experience
8) Technology expertise with insights about technology trends and solutions
9) Team-player, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
