Job Responsibilities :
- Jumping on a call with clients to discuss website or application design and functionality.
- Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working Wordpress theme and plugin or an application.
- Designing and implementing Wordpress websites and application, new features and functionality
- Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
- Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
- Conducting website/application performance and UI tests.
- Monitoring the performance of the live website and application built on PHP / Wordpress
- Troubleshooting content issues.
- Conducting Wordpress or PHP/Laravel training with the client.
- Establishing and guiding the website's architecture using JS library / Framework and PHP framework or Wordpress
Skills :
More than 3+ Years of Experience on front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP (Wordpress)
- Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications on Wordpress / PHP as well as using JS framework/library.
- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
- Experience in using React / Angular / Vue JS with Wordpress and create plugins
- Experience in creating React / Angular / Vue JS application using the Laravel Framework.
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
- Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working responsive HTML pages for tablet, mobile and desktop
- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git or SVN or Mercurial.
- Strong understanding of PHP back-end development along with Laravel Framework
- Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects and report / present efforts to clients.
