- Excellent knowledge of the required skillset.
- Must have leadership qualities and be able to coordinate with his team, mentor them, and guide them throughout the execution of their tasks. Solve complex problems and find out solutions.
- Must be good with managing the workload of the team and allocating tasks within the team members.
- Must have outstanding technical skills, logical skills, and good communication skills.
- Must have practical experience of working in complicated CMS based projects.
- Expert at integrating payment gateways like Stripe, Authorise.net, and PayPal.
- Expert at integrating Learning Management Systems, Mail Chimp.
- Expert at developing Membership and Subscription-based websites.
- Expert at developing E-Commerce websites.
- Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code using best coding practices.
- Must have an ability to remain calm and composed in times of uncertainty and stress.
- Must be a team player.
SKILL SET REQUIRED :
- Expert in PHP and its framework CodeIgniter and Laravel.
- Expert in WordPress and Shopify.
- Proficient in Javascript and jQuery.
- Good knowledge of MySQL.
- Good knowledge of Web APIs.
- It's Good to have Node JS, React JS, Angular.
