Project Manager - PHP Division
Experience: 10 to 15 years

Qualification :BE / BTech / MCA / MTech / ME / Msc
The purpose of the role is to spearhead the PHP Division of India office & provide necessary technical & managerial guidance to immediate team members & other cross-functional teams/members
Technical Skills:-
- Extensive experience in developing project architecture & delivering products built using Core PHP & PHP frameworks.
- Expertise in various PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, Zend, Symphony, etc.
- Expertise in PHP CMS's like WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Shopify, Woocommerce, etc.
- Expertise in MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, Angular JS, NoSQL Databases, API Integration, Database Migration Service, Micro-services, GIT, SVN, AWS & Ubuntu .
- Experience in design and development of web and mobile applications in core PHP / PHP supporting frameworks / Open source Platform such as WordPress, and Magento, etc.
- Should have at least 8 years of coding experience in various PHP frameworks & 5 years of experience in Project Management.
- Strong R&D skills in Open source technology stack.
- Solid work experience in AJAX, XML, AngularJS, and jQuery.
- Strong knowledge of writing reusable components.
- Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP and MVC design patterns.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming.
- Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions.
- Should have strong knowledge in various databases like MYSQL/ Postgres / Oracle / MongoDB databases and their declarative query languages.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Github and Bitbucket.
- Strong knowledge of various cloud technologies like AWS, AZURE, and GCM.
- Understanding coding design principles behind a scalable application.
- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
- Knowledge of various project management tools like Jira, Trello, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- To take ownership of the entire project including successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of a project ensuring risk control and minimizing uncertainty.
- To manage multiple projects concurrently: provides work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports regularly.
- Develop a definition of project scope, goals, and deliverable as per the client's need.
- To track resources and ensures they are fully allocated across different projects.
- To mentor project team members on best practices, including product delivery and IT framework. Directs and assigns work activities and priorities.
- To review and validate project requirements and to track and manage application requirements during the development life-cycle, incorporates changes to requirements through an established change management process.
- To manage the scope change process: identifies and anticipates risks and issues, facilitates resolution, mitigation, and appropriate escalation
- To manage the project delivery process to ensure a successful implementation including on time, on budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction.
- Responsible for Coordinating with Client in requirement Gathering, pr-sales activities, estimating, scheduling, planning, and Delivery.
- Responsible for resource planning & allocation.
