- Coordinate with the live client and our support team with different vendor ( like CAB Software operator, Support Team, Marketing Team, Website etc..) ..
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements solution development & proposed solution.
- Documents & demonstration solutions by the developing documentation, flow charts, lay out, diagram and charts.
- Prepare & installs solution by determining & design systems specification, standard & programming.
- Improves operation by the conducting system analysis ; recommending changes in policies and procedure.
- Protects operation by keeping information confidential.
- Provides information by collecting analysing & summarising development & service issues .
- Accomplish engineering & organisation mission by completing related result as needed .
- Manage software solution or Cab Software & Driver Management system by studying information needed, customer software training & live sight visit .
