Role : Senior PHP Developer
Location: Bangalore
Purpose : Create and implement an array of web-based products using PHP, MySQL, Ajax and JavaScript. Develop back-end components, connect the application with other web services, and assist front-end developers by ensuring their work integrates with the application.
Responsibilities :
1. Build, test and set up cutting-edge website applications in an efficient matter and work closely with other developers to fill data acquisition requirements.
2. Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications.
3. Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
4. Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API.
5. Interface with customer and internal team to gather requirements and develop software solutions.
6. Document the development process, architecture and standard components.
7. Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development.
8. Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team.
9. Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.
Qualifications :
1. BE/M.Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
2. Min. 4-6 years of experience as PHP Developer.
3. Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, MYSQL, POSTGRESQL, MVC etc.
4. Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL expert.
5. Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebay, etc.)
6. Good problem-solving skills.
7. Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
