Responsibilities :
- Expertise in the Digital Marketing domain and having deep understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) solutions
- You Will be responsible for business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, defining support procedures
- Lead on the design, implementation of technology and creative business solutions for iconic brands
- Take the lead on projects, solving some of the most exciting problems for our clients
- Build lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors.
- Collaborate with amazing digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions.
- Supporting the MC team in RFP and proposal responses
- Flexibly respond to shifting business needs and priorities.
- Prior to UAT validates that solution meets business requirements
- Train key users and ensure availability of training and support materials.
Skill Requirements :
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification(s).
- Certifications in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Developer or App Builder) highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 Years of implementation experience in Marketing Cloud and overall more than 8 years experience in Salesforce or other Marketing Products implementation.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, functionalities & features including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Data Management Platform, Data Studio, Social Studio, Advertising Studio, Mobile Studio, Interaction Studio
- Strong knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience on Java, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS, React, PHP, AMPscript, Database
- Solid foundation in core marketing principles and practises.
- Strong consulting and/or marketing technology implementation experience.
- Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles.
- Experience defining strategy, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions
- Experience delivering projects using Agile based methodology"
