Job Description :
- Should have knowledge of plugin/theme development and customisation.
- Understanding of custom post types and custom templates.
- Should have worked on Elementor Plugin and understanding of Elementor Templates.
- Candidate should be able to work on assignments with the least guidance
- Responsible for robust and efficient implementation
- Suggest technical solutions for short and long term
- Participate and lead software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and across groups to prepare technical specifications.
- Design and develop high-quality code.
- Test, debug, analyze and fix application problems/issues.
- Work closely with stakeholders to fix issues in a timely fashion.
- Participate in code reviews in accordance with program specifications and coding standards, practices and conventions, new designs, changes and enhancements.
- Mentor less-skilled employees
- Interact with stakeholders (internal and external) to support product releases and/or resolve program problems.
- Research and remain informed of new technology and development tools.
Required Candidate profile :
1) Candidate must have a Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering (B.tech or MCA)
2) Candidate must have a good working knowledge of Javascript and Jquery
3) Good knowledge of PHP language
4) Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices is plus
5) Experience building user interfaces for websites or web applications
6) Candidate should have skills in designing and developing responsive design websites
7) Understanding of WordPress core functions and working concepts
8) Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
9) Ability to understand CSS changes to have consistent style across platforms and browsers
10) Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
11) Good understanding and exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs.
12) Knowledge of PHP frameworks or CMS such as Laravel/CakePHP/Drupal/Magento is a plus
13) Must have knowledge of child themes and WordPress templates.
14) Knowledge of popular plugins such as Yoast SEO, Elementor, WPBakery Page Builder is a plus.
