We are looking for Team Lead with a background of PHP Development, who can able to manage a team of PHP developers and responsible for managing PHP development works. We- re looking for someone with experience with multiple frameworks and languages who can quickly learn and understand our code base, help identify architecture and performance improvements, and can drive a transition plan to get there while continuing to improve our user experience.
1. Mentor and lead a team of junior developers.
2. Take up system analysis, design, documenting responsibilities and get it done in time. Should be able to perform code analysing and reading exercises for current and previous projects.
3. Must be able to advise ways and means to obtain performance metrics of applications and optimize applications.
4. Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to familiarize and quickly learn new Software/ framework/ languages/ technology with ease.
5. Must be able to apply innovative thinking at work.
6. Must have overseas client interaction experiences
Skills Set:
Min 4+ years of PHP programming and in managing developers.
Education: Any graduation
- Programming skills in Core PHP, CodeIgniter, Laravel along MySQL, PostgreSQL / MongoDB databases.
- Should have sound knowledge in React.js, Node.js, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, GIT, Docker, MVC Frameworks, Database Structure, CMS & e-Commerce Development.
- Prior experience in architecting large scale distributed systems and experience with cloud deployments on AWS and various AWS services will be an added advantage.
- Should be very good in English communication
