Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and supporting applications/services and provide technical guidance and mentoring to the members of his/her team.
- Responsible for designing, reviewing, defining coding standards, and ensuring quality delivery of the product by the team.
- In-depth understanding of the full software development life cycle.
- Deep familiarity with modern Product development and design concepts encompassing a range of languages and platforms.
- Take ownership of small/medium applications, or application components and ensure delivery of the same through his/her team.
- Understands business needs and priorities, and provides thought leadership on potential solutions and the opportunities for technology to create a positive impact on the business.
- Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills that are coupled with strong communication, anticipates issues, and deals with them proactively. Is team-oriented, highly collaborative, works effectively to build strong long term partnerships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across a variety of business and IT functions.
Skills:
- 10+ years of professional development experience in web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, PHP Perl & MySQL
- 10 years of experience in Web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Have hands-on experience and strong skills in NodeJS, AngularJS, Webpack.
- Good knowledge of OOPs.
- Exposure to using ES6, Redux, Babel, ReactJS.
- Knowledge of AWS and CI/CD
- Minimum 3 years of experience in using GIT
