We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Technical Lead who will work with team members to design & develop and deliver Product as well as troubleshooting technical problems for successful execution.
Responsibilities :
- Determining project requirement and developing work schedules for the team
- Delegating Tasks and Achieving daily, weekly, and Monthly Goals.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments
- Create and develop performance report, delivery method, scope of work, and general duties records.
- Give training and mentorship to team members to make them better on the job
- Carry out other technical related duties that may be required.
- Evaluate project data for accuracy, and take the lead in setting project targets and priorities
- General Knowledge of a wide range software products, the technology used and key markets
Required Skills and Competencies :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology from Premium colleges (Tier-1 Institutes-IIIT, BIT, DCE, DTU, Thapar, NITs, VIT, etc)
- 5+ Years of professional software development experience with at least 2+ year as a lead
- Proficiency in PHP, Node.js or Python and React.js/Angular.js
- Agile Software Development process.
- Application architecture and design patterns. Ability to analyse requirements and define these as a formal specification for software development
- Strategic Thinking, demonstrated by an ability to maintain a broad overview of both technical and business challenges in order to achieve long term goals whilst realizing short term objectives
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing at all levels and in a variety of styles and settings
- Organisational skills, demonstrating the ability to establish plans of action to effectively ensure achievement of result
