Job Summary
A Software Engineer (PHP) at ArtisansSoft will require an understanding of project requirements and specifications, strong logical and troubleshooting skills alongside coordinating with co-developers to create customized websites and web applications.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Understand the project by asking questions, identifying challenges, and offering suggestions for improvements for the same.
- Write clean, well-designed code.
- Review the requirement document and ask the relevant questions.
- Web development using PHP with MySQL database and open source customization.
- Ensure site compatibility with the PHP programming requirements.
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Contribute to all phases of the development life cycle.
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers.
Key Skills : Laravel, ReactJS, React Native, OOP, JQuery, JavaScript
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- 3+ years of relevant experience in PHP Development.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented PHP programming and MySQL.
- Should have knowledge of at least one PHP Framework (Laravel, Yii, Zend Framework, Symfony, etc).
- Understanding of MVC design patterns.
- Should have knowledge of Version control (Git).
- Experience in common third-party APIs (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc).
- Knowledge of payment gateway integration.
- Conversant with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
- Graduate (BTech/ MCA preferred)
