Job Description
Responsibilities :
- As a QA-manual, you will be a part of our fast growing founding team
- Review and analyze system specifications - user stories
- Design & execute test cases and analyze results. Also collaborate & facilitate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects. Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Ability to do Root Cause Analysis and troubleshoot issues.
- You should have strong experience and knowledge in web applications testing & mobile testing (B2C preferably).
- Working knowledge on API Testing (SOAP, Rest)
- Experience in Regression testing & Defect life cycle management
- Knowledge of tools like Jira for defect management
- Cloud based testing - AWS
- Should be strong in SQL
- Good to have backend testing knowledge - running jobs, flat file validation, database testing etc
- Good understanding of SDLC
Requirements :
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Strong eye-to-detail & lot of perseverance
- Bachelor of Engineering in IT or CS or BSc IT
- Basics of programming language (preferred - PHP, MY SQL, CSS & Java Script)
- Ability to manage QA responsibility independently
