Requirements:
1. 1-4 years of agency or in-house experience creating Shopify landing pages
2. Experience with Shopify and the Liquid templating language
3. Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React and/or Vue.js
4. Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, be results-driven highly motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Highly motivated creative thinker
8. Hard worker and problem solver
9. Proactive team player
10. Familiarity with Shopify's template language and best practices a big plus
Responsibilities:
1. Work with directly with the design department to collaborate on and create front-end designs
2. Design responsive and user friendly pages aligned with varied branding guidelines
3. Build pages by working with the designer and gathering information from different stakeholders such as the CMO, UX designer, business analysts, and other key marketing team members
4. Build new functionality and improve existing functionality by implementing design patterns using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP (with WordPress), Liquid (with Shopify)
5. Be an active member of the team, providing feedback and generating ideas
6. Optimize code and adhere to best practices
7. Provide detailed documentation for design and development
8. Follow agile best practices and complete sprints on time
9. Work with the team to ensure a consistent UI experience
10. Improve the page load times, performance, accessibility and SEO
11. Be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time
12. Use and learn new tools, platforms and frameworks
