Job Description :
1. Hands-on experience required in design patterns and OOP design practices
2. Building web applications in PHP using the Zend framework
3. Using JavaScript, AJAX in building single/multiple page/s applications
4. Proficient knowledge in Node JS is added advantage
5. Proficient knowledge of Angular is added advantage
6. Proficient knowledge of MongoDB is added advantage
7. Proficient knowledge of Python is added advantage
8. Good to have JQuery, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Bootstrap knowledge
9. Must have a working knowledge of Windows and Linux OSs
10. Knowledge of GIT/SVN
11. Be able to design and create functional web applications
12. Ability to think critically, conduct research, and creatively solve problems.
13. Ability to communicate clearly within the team and the ability to collaborate as a team.
14. Ability to adopt new skills and innovate with the latest technologies in order to create state-of-the-art high-traffic web applications running on multiple web servers.
Required Qualifications :
1. Expert knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Apache, and Linux servers along with front-end development using JavaScript, jQuery, and other libraries.
2. Knowledge of design patterns, composition, and object-oriented development.
3. Experience working with APIs, both integrating a third-party API and creating your own when necessary. Oauth, Google API experience preferred. Ability to build custom EST APIs.
4. Experience designing relational databases and queries.
5. Proficient knowledge in Node JS is added advantage
6. Experience in Memcache, Redis, or similar caching technology.
7. Experience integrating PHP into a full-stack environment. Ability to write some JS/HTML/CSS.
8. Advanced knowledge of building Content Management Systems, either from your own design or from available frameworks.
Desired Qualifications :
1. Experience writing unit tests for your work
2. Some experience with Node.js, Angular, Python, or MongoDB
3. Additional advanced JavaScript experience is strongly desired.
4. Linux shell scripting
