We are looking for an adept Backend Developer for our company.
Experience : 2 to 4 years
Must-Have :
1. Experience in at least one scripting language like PHP-related frameworks like Zend, Laravel, CakePHP, Django, Flask, etc.
2. Good problem-solving skills and design skills involving data modeling and low-level class design, OOP, and design patterns.
3. Strong technical aptitude and good knowledge of CS fundamentals.
4. Experience working with open source databases (such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) and experience in database design.
5. Build reusable code and libraries for future use
6. Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
Good to Have :
1. Experience working with Redis/Memcached, ElasticSearch/Solr. (Good To Have)
2. Start-up experience.
3. Ability to pick up a new tech stack with relative ease
4. DevOps - Deployment and AWS
5. Good with agile development practices such as continuous integration and deployment.
6. Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
