1. Strong technical skills including understanding of software development principles
2. Knowledge of basic coding languages including C++, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
3. Knowledge on the domain of web development and multiple web technologies like Python, PHP, Laravel, Magento, Shopify, WordPress, jQuery, BootStrap, React JS, Node JS, other front-end & back-end technologies
4. Basic programming experience
5. Knowledge of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB and operating systems
6. Good working knowledge of email systems and Microsoft Office software
7. Ability to manage a team and strong interpersonal skills
8. Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment
9. Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary
