We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our world-class engineering team building the next-generation applications. We're looking for a passionate, creative engineer who is excited about solving world-class problems, ahead of the rest. This position will be reporting to VP-Engineering
An ideal candidate would have:
1. 10+ years of developer experience in backend, frontend, and cloud technologies.
2. Most recent 5+ years of developer/architect/manager experience in backend technologies: Nodejs, Java, PHP, or the like.
3. Most recent 2+ years of experience with services using at least one of Docker, Kubernetes, public cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS).
4. Most recent 2+ years of experience working in an Agile manner following the Sprint model or Squad-Chapter model.
5. Most recent 1+ years of experience managing a team of 4+ engineers (any combination of Dev, QA, DevOps).
6. Must have expertise in cloud concepts related to monitoring, logging, alerting, deploying, and cost control.
7. Must have experience in software development processes like unit-testing, automation, logging level control, code quality, security audits, etc
