Tech Lead/Architect - .Net/WebForms (10-12 yrs) (Manprax)

Key responsibilities of the role :

- Designing and developing applications in close consultation with SME's, BSA's, and clients

- Providing guidance and take the ownership on the overall technical architecture of the team's solutions, design decisions and principles

- Keeping abreast of the latest tools, techniques and best practice in software engineering and helping the team adopt best practice as appropriate

- Leading team for innovative solutions and have a thirst to try and test latest technologies

- Producing functional, technical and design documentation where necessary including the ownership of technical design and architecture

Job responsibilities :

- 10+ years IT experience in Microsoft .Net Web Forms & MVC architecture

- Hands on experience with as many as possible of the following: ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, PHP, C#, Python, AWS cloud, Azure cloud and associated technologies, web services architecture, MSMQ, single sign-on design and implementation, object-oriented design patterns, Microservices, RestFul API's, LogicApps, PowerApps, API's, SQL Server and MySql.

- Experience of working with any of the mobile first technologies including; React Native, Ionic, Flutter, Xamarin

- Experience of working in a DevOps environment supporting and contributing to agile software delivery essential

- Exposure to financial modelling, if possible

- Should have experience in one or more of the following development disciplines: estimation, analysis, programming, test and utilisation of test tools, performance tools, change processes and application architecture

- Manages the technical rollout and post-deliverable technical strategy

- Participate in code review

- Database knowledge including writing optimized stored procedure and understanding Query Execution Plan

- Able to translate end user/stakeholder requirements into detailed technical/architectural specifications when appropriate and in turn into robust solutions.

- Strong experience of technical and architectural design with large-scale web applications.

- In-depth understanding of non-functional requirements such as security and scalability.

- Proven ability to collaborate successfully with client and 3rd party technical teams
