Role Responsibilities :
- Develop a high-end web application in Drupal, PHP, MY SQL, and AJAX.
- Perform site-building activities, including creating and modifying views, contexts, and blocks in order to match functionality specified in wireframes and designs
- Create and test custom Drupal modules
- Evaluate designs, wireframes, and other deliverables during the design and user experience phase for potential development issues and flag feasibility challenges when needed
- Perform security reviews of sites prior to deployments
- Communicate the intricacies of complex web development issues, acting as a subject matter expert
- Support campaigns by building out standalone landing pages, microsites, and full web applications depending on needs
- Research and implement new technologies
- Work under Project Manager and deploy the projects successfully
- Knowledge of Web 2.0 and Web services would be preferred
- Working knowledge shopping cart development with shipping, and Payment Gateway
- Integration for E-commerce websites
- Should have excellent database design and implementation skills
- Deploy updates to staging environments, QA on various browsers, and integrate a workflow to push to production servers
- Create interactively content
- Launch new pages around services, features, benefits, industries or solutions
- Fix site speed issues
- Find bugs that hurt conversion rate
- Analyse usability across devices
- Review user recordings and improve functionality
Technical & Professional Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in Drupal 7 and Drupal 8
- Experience developing web solutions in Drupal and PHP implementations in a LAMP environment
- Ability to architect enterprise Drupal solutions including data, display, and information architecture
- Advanced site-building experience including deep familiarity with Drupal modules such as CTools, Views, and Panels
- Experience creating custom Drupal modules
- Experience building responsive websites using Drupal CMS, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery
- Knowledge of PHP, PHP files and theme functions, and knowledge of the Drupal theme layer
- Through an understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs
