Duties and responsibilities :
- Working as Tech Lead
- Self contribution & able to manage and execute work done through team members
- Complete ownership & accountability on the assigned project
- Contribution in solutioning for any given problem statement
- Interaction & Coordination with Product Team & other stakeholders
- Design and update software documentation
- Design, develop, modify, implement and support software components anywhere in the Software stack.
- Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.
- Driving task planning, estimation & scheduling
- Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities.
- Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.
- Work with Architecture team whenever is required
Desired skills :
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of programming experience.
- Should have experience in customer-facing high performed application system
- Broad experience in designing, programming, and implementing large information systems.
- Should be amazingly good in backend technologies like PHP, NodeJS using frameworks
- Having Java working experience is a plus
- Should have good working knowledge on Unit Test frameworks
- Should be amazingly good in javascript technologies like Angular7+, Jquery
- Should be extremely good in working with databases (MySQL/MongoDB/Firebase)
- Experience using system monitoring tools and infrastructure
- Good to have working experience on Cloud Technology like AWS/Azure/Google
- Should have very good exposure to Agile Methodology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead others.
