Basic skills required :
1. Basic knowledge of programming languages like .net,Php,java,html.
2. Knowledge of integration in Asp.net, java, PHP, IOS, Android and SQL
3. Knowledge of DBA and SQL queries
4. Worked on Payment Application and Troubleshooting integration issues for enterprise applications.
5. Good knowledge of financial software development such as Payment Gateways, transaction processing.
6. Knowledge for wallets, UPI, net banking, card gateway
7. Critical insight on designs and ability to review code at a basic level.
8. Ability to read, write and speak in English
Other skill sets :
1. Interact with the merchants for successful integration. Verify the feasibility, analyse the readiness or prerequisites available with merchant for integration with payment gateway. Identify and highlight the missing areas.
2. Create a setup for the merchant in test environment and resolve Payment Gateway related issues UAT and Production both on daily basis. Ensure timely response with the observation to ME.
3. Troubleshooting merchant issues while integrating with Payment Gateway.
4. Uploading merchant Logo-CSS file for their website.
5. Solve queries of Merchants related to Gateway.
6. Studying, analysing and explaining (if necessary) Merchant Integration Document.
7. Responsible for moving merchant into production.
8. Coordinate with banks in case of any Technical issues and solve them
9. Querying database for updating, retrieving data from multiple tables and providing the update and records to merchants as per their requirements.
10. Providing Remote integration support to the merchants for the applications designed in Asp.Net, JSP, PHP and ASP through Net meeting.
11. Update FAQs with steps for newly identified issues
12. Coordination with different departments necessary for solving any issue
