Core Responsibilities :
- Create and manage a robust road map that aligns software delivery with business strategy across the organization.
- Should translate Function requirements into a potential solution and to be able to convince the customer to adapt the proposed approach.
- Provide technology vision and strategy to deal complex projects adhering to timelines.
- Identify, advice or plan for new business opportunities/areas; it can be new markets, products or partnerships.
- Work closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Marketing, BA teams to continuously improve the volume and quality.
- Work with Project teams to propose and document work-plan schedules, milestones, budgets, and forecasts for all new assignments.
- Identify project risks and suggest risk mitigation and contingency plans, and guide he team in implementing necessary action plans.
- Planning, hiring and managing the desired technology resources.
- Coach and guide the team in their day-to-day activities and assignments and develop strong relationships through collaborative approach.

- Strong problem solving experience in Digital and IT Services/Product domains.
- An understanding of the intersection of Business, Design and Technology Decisions.
- Should be a hands-on coder and have strong expertise in programming.
- A past record of building robust applications. Should have a proven ability to build large products from scratch.
- Should be Passionate, Enterprising and Organised to drive pre-sales, solutioning and delivery.
- Strong Technology exposure in UI, MEAN/MERN, Java, Python, PHP, CMS (Drupal/Magento), AI/ML, SQL/NoSQL databases, Saas/Paas based applications.
