Your role :
- Primarily working as a Developer and thereby actively working on the development of web applications, dynamic mobile applications, etc.
- Also taking full responsibility of end to end delivery of a given project/product and thereby working collaboratively with technical and commercial colleagues to deliver business & product objectives.
Technical skills :
Front End :
- Mastery of Javascript and client-side MVC frameworks (e.g. Angular JS, Backbone.js)
- Expert understanding of modern web standards with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Already has a portfolio of mobile applications displaying good UX/UI design sensibility
- Familiarity with popular CMS
- Good understanding of OOP
- Knowledgeable about dynamic stylesheets
Server Side :
Candidate should know at least one of the below languages :
- Java OR Javascript (MEAN stack or MeteorJs ), OR Ruby on Rails OR Python OR PHP OR C# Clients/Client Frameworks
- Understanding of SQL OR NoSQL database models (e.g. MongoDB) and data indexing
Desirable skills :
- Familiarity with Cordova and hybrid mobile development frameworks (Ionic)
- Experience with either native Android or iOS development (XCode IDE, Objective-C/Swift)
- Experience with cloud-based solutions like Amazon AWS, Google App Engine, Firebase and Parse
Overall candidate should have :
- 1+ years of web and app development experience
- A strong scientific background (Computer Science, Math)
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- High-quality coding and documentation skills
