Opportunity :
- We are looking for an experienced full stack developer to work with our engineering and technical support team to diagnose and resolve customer product issues. You will get an opportunity to learn the complete technology stack, work with experts within the core engineering team to develop and understand and eventually work on diagnosis scripts and fixes to address the product issues.
- You will also get a chance to interface with the customers, learn how they are using the product and funnel back feedback to the product team thereby having an impact on the client's product roadmap.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the customer support team to analyze and resolve technical product issues
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's technical stack, the product and associated flows
- Conduct root cause analysis of product issues and participate in postmortems
- Build and maintain mitigation and diagnosis tools to discover and reduce recurring product issues
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Experience working with MySql or any relational database and ability to write SQL queries
- Experience writing web application code with one or more scripting languages (Python, Javascript, Ruby, PHP)
- Experience working with a linux terminal
- Experience working on production systems, modern frontend development (HTML5, Javascript ES2015, CSS3), and interfacing with customers or customer support teams is a plus
