Affected by the statistics, we decided to solve the problem of lack of specialized doctor availability in villages by launching - Ira Health - Offline & Online Clinic In Every Village.-

Full Stack Engineer - We're looking for experienced engineers with full-stack skills to join us as we build the future of rural healthcare in India. Being a full-stack engineer will give you the autonomy to take an idea and build it to completion. About the role :
Someone who picks the right architecture and tools for building a high performance, robust and scalable engineering platform for Ira Health, in a cost-effective way.
Skills : JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, NGINX -
1. As part of this role, you will participate in technical discussions to figure out how to design the system keeping scale into consideration.
2. Interact with external partners and libraries to figure out what best suits the current and future requirements, and implement the same keeping business needs in check.
3. Propose ideas, participate in designing, implement, and test solutions to build better products.
4. Figure out Technical Debt while working on architectural designs.
5. Track releases, error & application loggings once you put the feature/product on production.
6. Work closely with the founders, engineering leaders, and designers; and collaborate to create innovative products that will help define the future of healthcare.
7. Not only do you get to build, you also get to open source libraries and write about your contributions.
Have's :
1. 2+ years of experience developing production-ready consumer products (preferably from a startup background).
2. Proficient in the frontend stack: Bootstrap4, Javascript, Jquery
3. Proficient in backend stack: PHP Symfony or Laravel framework, Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc). Understanding of OOPs and SOLID principles.
4. Knowledge of 2 or more programming languages (Python, Javascript, etc.).
While you'll be part of a team, working in the current remote environment, requires an ability to take ownership over your work, in terms of timelines and development quality.
5. A clear understanding of best practices in programming: writing clean code, documentation, unit testing.A passion for building impactful products.
6. Ideally have worked in fast-growing startups, so you understand the need and ability to be able to move fast. Comfort in an early stage environment.
