The Role :
The Software Engineer would be required to participate in full-stack web development of larger scale publishing websites running on CMS like Drupal, WordPress etc. You will be responsible for :
- Building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
- Working with the content team on a daily basis to identify shortcomings and requirements and working with developers to deliver this.
- Working with the business teams to understand technical requirements for business deals.
- Providing tools for all deliverables.
- Setting-up coding standards and maintaining quality.
Ideal Profile :
- You possess at least 2 years experience with LAMP stack.
- Experience with Drupal is a bonus.
- You have strong background in writing production quality code for high performance websites with good knowledge of databases.
- You have experience with sites on enterprise LAMP/WAMP stacks and you have also worked with integrating open source and third-party applications into existing systems.
- You also have worked with MySQL/PostgreSQL Databases, RESTful API Services, AJAX, HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, MVC, PHP framework with responsive development skills.
- You have hands-on experience in developing web solutions in PHP implementations.
- You are familiar with Amazon Web Services, PHP, Javascript, HTML and CSS.
- Proven ability to work independently is required.
