KlearCard is looking to hire a Senior Software Developer to join us as a team leader and co-founder with ESOP opportunities. In this role, you will report directly to our CTO and oversee frontend, backend, and QA staff.
We are ideally seeking a full stack developer who can see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills, technical experience, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities-
- Develop frontend and backend features and enhancements
- Work with Backend developer to build scalable robust infrastructure
- Collaborate with Product Owners to design and build enhanced user experience
- Assist in testing and debugging alonogside our QA
- Collaborate with CTO on product and infrastructure planning
Requirements :
- Minimum of five years of software development experience
- Full-stack developers preferred (if not, Backend is also acceptable)
- Self-driven individual with good problem-solving skills
- Experience with any the following: PHP, Python, Flutter, AWS
- Ability to manage projects and mentor staff
- Good communication skills
- BSc/BTECH in Computer Science
